Hall of Fame Professional Football Player. Played for the Brooklyn Dodgers/Tigers of the NFL from 1938-44 and the AAFC's New York Yankees from 1946-47. Named All-NFL in all 9 seasons he was in the league. Two-time college All-America at the University of Mississippi. "Bruiser" Kinard was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1971.
