SUTTON - John Harley Starcher, 59, of Glendon, Braxton county, died today at Gassaway hospital.
Mr. Starcher was a farmer and a member of New Hope Baptist Church of Morris.
Survivors: wife, Virgie; son,Rocky Wayne of Glendon, Lonnie Franklin of Newville; daughters, Bertha, Kathy, Connie, Norma of Newville; brothers, Charlie of Akron, Willie of Duck, Eddie of Ivydale, Raye of Lakeworth Fla.; sister, Mrs. Dora Davis of Flyn, Ohio.
Service will be Tuesday at 2 p. m. at Marple Funeral Home here with the Rev. James Tinney in charge. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery, Strange Creek.
Friends may call Monday afternoon at the funeral home.
