Sandra Jean Cummings, 62, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, at St. Bernards Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Cummings, and son, Kenneth Cummings Jr., both of Walnut Ridge; sisters, Sharon Cummings of Lake Charles, Mo., Carolyn Lawson and Sheila Phillips, both of Walnut Ridge; brothers, Larry Blackshear of Walnut Ridge and Gary Blackshear of Calico Rock; and one grandchild.

Funeral services were in House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with Ron Snow officiating. Burial was private.
