Kenneth Huddleston, 47, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 1979, at the Taylor County Hospital. He was a native of Taylor County born here June 29, 1932, the son of the late Claude and Lavonia Holt Huddleston. He was a resident of 202 Gowdy Street, Campbellsville, a member of the First Methodist Church, and was a construction worker. Survivors include five sons: Rodger Huddleston of Jamestown, Tony, Jim, Mark and Kent Huddleston, all of Campbellsville; and two daughters: Mrs. Saundra Hoosier of Campbellsville and Miss Nancy Huddleston of Campbellsville. One brother, Joseph Huddleston of Campbellsville, survives along with three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Lyon Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Music officiating. Interment followed in the Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Charles Nolley, Conrad Reynolds, George Burress, William Richerson, Sylvester Keltner and Wm. M. Lavonia Huddleston, age 79, died Tuesday, June 14, 1977, at the Medco Center where she had been a patient for several years. She was a native of Nelson County, born there July 4, 1897. She is the daughter of the late George R. and Sarah Jane Grider Holt. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Campbellsville. Three sons survive: George Huddleston of Greensburg; Kenneth Huddleston of Campbellsville; and Joseph Huddleston of Campbellsville. Two brothers survive: Paul S. Holt of Campbellsville and Joseph W. Holt of Benton Harbor, Michigan. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at the Lyon Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Ramsey officiating and assisted by the Rev. Morris Tucker. Interment followed in the Brookside Cemetery. Mr. Claude Huddleston, Spurlington Road, Route 2, Campbellsville, died at the Jane Todd Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Thursday, Feb. 12 at 7:01 a.m. after a long illness. Mr. Huddleston, a retired farmer and tobacco buyer, was 80 years old. Born in Cumberland County, December 26, 1889, he was the son of Elizabeth Long and S. M. Huddleston. He was married in April 1917 to Lavonia Holt, who survives him. Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons, George M. of Greensburg; James V., Pontiac, Mich.; Joseph E. and Kenneth B., both of Campbellsville. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Rev. W. F. Huddleston, Jeffersontown, Ky., and two sisters, Mrs. W. M. Sherrell, Bowling Green and Miss Ella Huddleston, Route 6, Campbellsville. Funeral services were conducted at the Lyon Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, Feb. 14, at 10:00 a.m. with burial in Brookside Cemetery. Rev. Marshall Owen and Rev. Wendell Hurt were in charge of the funeral. Pallbearers were Floyd Hensley, Clement Whitlock, T. O. Purcell, Carl Smith, Ivan Tucker and Tommy Noe.
