Opal Elizabeth Barbara Bentley, age 85, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on January 23, 1921 in Ryors, Missouri, the daughter of Fritz "Fred" Reinhold and Emma Alvina Hoffman Busch. She worked at the Tweedie Shoe Factory in Jefferson City, Missouri for 18 years before moving to Healy, Kansas in 1961, she was also a homemaker.

She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League both of Dighton, Kansas.

On March 18, 1961 she married Wayne S. Bentley in Freedom, Missouri. He survives.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Two Brothers - Elmer and Victor Busch, Two Sisters - Gertrude Droemer and Dorothy Neal, Four Nephews and One Niece.
