Harry Webster Brevoort was born on 25 July 1865 according to his death certificate as posted on FamilySearch; the informant was his wife, Dora. The History and Genealogy of the Governor John Webster Family of Connecticut, by William Holcomb Webster and Rev. Melville Reuben Webster, published in 1915, gives the birth date as 25 July 1866.

His first wife, Sophia, was born in Toledo, Ohio, on 9 November 1874 and died there on 8 January 1905; they married in Toledo after 1900. His second wife, Dora, was born in Ohio about 1880 and died after 1938; they married about 1906.
