MILBURN CHARLES SCHULTZ, 89, died Monday at Twin City Nursing Home, Gas City. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was a Blackford County resident most of his life and had lived in Holiday, Fla. He retired from Delco Battery in Muncie in 1966 after 38 years. His wife, Mary E., died in 1987. Surviving are his companion, Leah Skelton of Holiday, four sons, Lowell L. and Robert M., both of Hartford City, David A. of Bluffton and Mike Morgan of South Carolina; two daughters, Madonna R. Wilcox of Fremont and Sally Lysinger of Hartford City; two brothers, Estel of Holiday and Myron of Dalton, Ga.; a sister, Beatrice Hiser of Hartford City; 24 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.

Services at 2 p.m. Friday at First Christian Church of Hartford City. Calling from 3 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Keplinger Funeral Home, Hartford City. Calling also two hours before services at the church. Burial in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
