Monica Lynn Wiley, 1-week-old child of Michael Dean Wiley and Lisa Marie Luedke, of Leavenworth, was born Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., and passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.

She is survived by her parents, Mike and Lisa; brothers, Andrew Wiley, Ryan Wiley, Seth Macklin and Dale Fagg; grandparents, Edward and Donna Wiley, Leavenworth, Mike and Therese Button, Blue Springs, Mo., Doug and Donna Luedke, Chanute, and Susan Erhart, Iola; great-grandparents, Bob and Betty Willey, Lubbock, Texas, and Wayne and Twila Luedke, Colony, Kan.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005, followed by a service at 1:30 p.m., both at the Belden-Sexton-Sumpter Funeral Chapel, 500 Oak St., Leavenworth, KS 66048; 682-1614. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
