A Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 A.M., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. A Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, TX. A Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Friday, March 1, 2013.
Anna Pearl was born on March 22, 1925 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Walter Garland and Florence Dunn. She was a loving mother, Nana, wife and friend.
She was preceded in death by her son Van Le Blanc.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Calvin Sparks; sons Andrew Le Blanc, Glenn Sparks and partner Oscar Monsibais, Jr. and David Sparks; 7 Grandchildren; 9 Great-grandchildren; 3 Great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
