Passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 4:03 PM at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.
Elizabeth was born April 22, 1925 in New Burnside, Illinois. She was the daughter of Walter & Ruth (Lawrence) Reeves.
Survivors include:
2 Daughters – Mary (Larry) Garner of Joliet, Illinois
Patricia Leach of Peoria, Illinois
7 Grandchildren
Several Great Grandchildren
3 Sisters – Ruth Anne Brunson of Morehead, Kentucky
Mary Jones of Grand Chain, Illinois
Margaret Smelcer of Lexington, Kentucky
Several Nieces and Nephews
In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by:
A Daughter – Elizabeth Morrow
A Grandson
A Granddaughter
A Sister
3 Brothers
Elizabeth had been employed as a purchasing agent by the Army Corps of Engineers.
She was of the Methodist faith. Elizabeth enjoyed gardening and reading.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning, March 2, 2013, at 11 AM at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Pastor Allan Milligan will officiate.
Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery, east of Ozark, Illinois.
Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10 AM – 11 AM at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
