Steve resided in Burke, Virginia, and is survived by his wife, Fern Berue Bradshaw, and daughters Courtney Jill (b. 7/10/93),Lauren Michelle (b. 8/15/95), and children from a previous marriage, Stephanie Jean (b. 1/5/78), Steven John Jr. (2/9/79), and Joseph Edward (7/19/81), nine grandchildren: Gavin and Joshua, sons of Steven Jr.; Rick, Brittany, Mark, and Nick, children of Stephanie; and Brooklyn, Shyanne, and Nathan, children of Joseph (m. Casey Lockwood). He is also survived by his mother, Joan, and sister, Jennine Lynn Bradshaw.
Steve was preceded in death by his father, his maternal grandfather, Harold Edward Hoffman (FaG #35297710)and his maternal grandmother, Evelyn Ocker Hoffman (FaG #35297715).
Steve was an avid bass fisherman and talented guitar player and vocalist. He worked construction, played in a rock band, and enjoyed participating in bass tournaments. He was a loving father and husband.
