ELOISE MARSHALL BENNETT
Eloise Marshall Bennett, 72 of Rocky Point died Friday, May 20, 2011 at her home.
She was born in Wilmington, NC on April 27, 1939 to the late Larry G. Marshall and Arville Pridgen Marshall.
Eloise was a professional hairdresser and was the operator of Eloise's Hair Salon in Wilmington for many years. She was a member of Oleander Methodist Church.
Eloise was one of the most generous, unselfish and forgiving person on this earth. During her lifetime, Eloise accomplished more than anyone thought she would. She had been a bathing suit model for Maas Brothers Department Stores, and for car shows in S. Florida. She was an accomplished make-up artist and one of the best cosmetologists in NC. since 1978.
She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Bennett; one son, Robby Bennett; one daughter, Sandra B. Crouse; two grandsons, Zach Bennett and Jamie Roller; and one brother Warren Marshall.
A memorial service will be held 11 am Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Oleander United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Linda Taylor.
