Deborah Joan Black, born December 8, 1955, in San Francisco, California, passed peacefully away in her home on February 25,2013, surrounded by those who loved her, and thought of by many friends.
Debbie loved life, nature, all its creatures and carried a deeply talented skill for nurturing plants and creating gardens full of life. Debbie was an avid reader and had a substantial book collection. Debbie worked for many years with the Home Depot Corporation in California as well as Arizona, and was well liked and respected at the Placerville store.
Debbie's memory lives on in her mother Dale Briggs of Placerville as well as her younger brother Chris Black, and a very long list of caring and close friends, as close as any family can be. Private inurnment has been held.
