Ernestene Griffin, 81 of Mabelvale passed from this life into the arms of her Lord and Savior on February 12, 2013.
She was born in Helena, Arkansas to Ernest and Velma Smith, and spent her early years in Lexa, Arkansas.
She moved to Little Rock where she was an active member of Life Line Baptist Church for 46 years, teaching third grade Sunday School. Her church family meant everything to her, and she loved each of them dearly.
She is survived by her husband, James Griffin, her son, Mark Griffin, her daughter, Sharon Veteto, and sister Rosemary Burnett, along with several beloved grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Life Line Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Friday, February 15th, with Brother Jeff Dial officiating.
Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park . Memorials may be made to Life Line Baptist Church.
