Born June 7, 1940 to the late Lester & Gertrude (Ward) Needham, Mike passed away Monday, February 25, 2013. Mike was a retired Supervisor for General Motors. He enjoyed traveling with his family on trips to our National Parks as well as Europe, where he specially enjoyed his time in Berlin. He was a Michigan State University Alumni and supporter, and enjoyed taking his grandsons to basketball camp there. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia in 1988, 2 sisters, Patricia Orihel & Kathy Shipman. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Marli (Scott) Williams and Kara (Robert) Adams; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Bisel, Michael, and Patrick Williams; sister Sally Hakes. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00AM at the Palmer, Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes Delta Chapel, 6020 W. Saginaw, Lansing with Stephen Ezop officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, from 5-8 PM and one hour prior to the service. Contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
