He and Mary M. Shields were married August 31, 1924, in Van Alstyne.
He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Stella (Brooks) Shelby; and an infant daughter.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Louis Weldon Selby of Fort Worth, Eugene Selby of Sherman and Oris Green Selby Jr. of Fort Worth; two daughters, Helen Tipton of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Mary Lorraine Selby of Fort Worth; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild; and three sisters, Elzona Maxey of Atoka, Oklahoma, Cora Medcalf of Sherman and Nell Scoggins of Sherman.
Visitation with family will be from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at Flesher Funeral Home.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at Flesher Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Reverand David Martin and Reverand Jim Gregory.
Burial will be at Van Alstyne Cemetery.
