Linda Dianne Blake was the second child of Edward Raymond Blake and Berniece Opal Parker Blake. She died of diptheria during the war because the experienced doctors were all away.
She was a precious child, and loved to sing Christian songs. She would sit in her little rocking chair, and sing Jesus Loves Me, and Bringing in the Sheaves. Instead of saying Sheaves, she would say Shoes. She was my sister. I hope to meet her someday. Kathy Jo Bryant
