Robert E. Witmer Robert E. Witmer, 46, of Lykens area, died Wednesday in his home. He had been in ill health. Mr. Witmer was born in Lykens, Oct. 16, 1939, a son of the late Harry and Mable Knorr Witmer. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Witmer was employed by Reiff and Nestor Co., Lykens. He was a member of Liberty Hose Company No. 2 and American Legion Post 124, both of Lykens. Surviving are six sisters, Mary L. Yeager, Florence M. Daniels, Joyce L. Witmer, Betty J. Buggy and Kathy M. Margetanski, all of Lykens, and Shirley E. Cordy, Halifax; four brothers, Harry D., Williamstown, Donald L., Wiconisco, Kenneth A. and Ter-rance L., both of Lykens; nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from John M. Shultz Funeral Home, Lykens. The Rev. Bernard P. McGinley will officiate. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
