Victoria Baxter, 86, of 818 Salt Springs Road, Syracuse, died Friday. Born in St. George, S.C., she attended South Carolina public schools. She was a homemaker, a former member of Providence Baptist Church and was a member of Greater New Testament Baptist Church. She was a missionary and was on the Mother's Board.
Survivors: Three daughters, Ollie Baxter and Doris Webber, both of Syracuse, and Ella R. Simmons of Harleyville, S.C.; four sons, James Jr. of Nedrow, David of Reevesville, S.C., and Johnny and Jerry, both of Syracuse; 39 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in Greater New Testament Baptist Church. Burial, Onondaga Valley Cemetery
