Born in Oak Park, Illinois a daughter of the late William and Lydia (Kurth) Fox.
Besides her devoted husband she is survived by her loving sons, Zachariah Garth of Saint Johnsbury, VT and Jason William Brower of Boston, MA. Joyce was the youngest of three siblings, and leaves her brother William of Edmonds, WA, and her sister Carol of Wilmington, Il. She will be greatly missed by her three treasured grandchildren, all of Saint Johnsbury, VT.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, April 30th in St. Thomas More Church, Narragansett. Her burial will be private.
