Deborah "Debo" Burns, 46, of Covington, GA passed away February 27, 2012 at Dekalb Medical Center. Born in Atlanta, GA on December 22, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Mary Francis Noggle Coursey and Bill "Red" Ricketts. She was employed by BB&T Bank of Covington, GA and loved to shop, bowl, play Bingo, and go to the beach. Deborah was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Dan Burns of Covington, GA; son Ronald Anthony Brown and wife Kaci Nicole Brown of Covington, GA; step-daughters Stefanie Boley and Katie Burns of Ephrata PA; grandchildren Kaydence Michelle Brown and Riley Boley; mother-in-law Nancy Burns; sisters-in-law Barbara Cockrill and Sandy Walther all of Virginia; sister Mary "Sissy" Dowdy and husband Larry James Dowdy of Murphysboro, IL; brothers Marion Doyle Greer Jr. of Marietta, GA, Ronnie Ricketts of Atlanta, GA, Destry Ricketts of Douglasville, GA; several cousins, nieces, nephews; life long friend Sue Minix. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday March 2, 2011 in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with interment at 2:00PM at White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.
