Kathleen J. Adkins, 49, a longtime homemaker, died Thursday (Feb. 11, 1999) in her home after a lengthy illness.

The former Kathleen J. Henderson was a member of the Pendleton Center Methodist Church.

She was the widow of Steven M. Adkins.

Survivors include three sons, Andrew, Steven M. II, and Matthew; two daughters, Renee Waters of Barker and Tina; her mother, Isabelle Henderson; a brother, Leonard Henderson; three sisters, Lenora Chukla and Diana Miller, both of Florida; and Michelle McDonnel; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Pendleton Center United Methodist Church, 6864 Campbell Blvd.
