Carl A. Franks, 80, of 759 Mill St., Watertown, died June 16, 2010 at the Oneida Extended Care Facility where he had been a patient.
Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown. There will be no calling hours.
A funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday June 22nd at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church. Burial with military honors will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery.
