STREATOR - Alice Edmonds Dolan, 94, Streator, died at 9:30 p.m. Monday (March 18, 1991) at Camelot Manor Nursing Home, Streator.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Winterrowd Funeral Home, Streator. Burial will be in Long Point Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Dolan was born Nov. 18, 1896, in Leitchfield, Ky., a daughter of Albert and Ida Skaggs Kinkade. She married Alonzo Edmonds, who died in 1933. She married James Dolan. He died in 1974.
Survivors include one son, Alfred Edmonds, Ottawa; four daughters, Rudell Sweet, Escondido, Calif.; Alice Cheney, Lockport; Ruth Pollett, Streator; and Mildred Day, Grand Ridge; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter, two brothers, one sister, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Dolan had lived in Streator most of her life.
She was a member of Central Church of Christ, Streator, and Loyal Daughters of the church; and a former member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and Rebekah Lodge.
Memorials may be made to her church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
