Queenie was born to parents James Haddock and Mary Harrington. She was married to Levi Marshall Manning who preceded her in death. Per her Obit they had two daughters, living at time of her death.

OBITUARY:
Quennie Manning (nee Haddock), 94 of Vermilion, died Thursday, July 10, 2003 in Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center, Lorain after a short illness.

She was born October 23, 1908 in Pitt Co., NC, where she lived until moving, to Vermilion in 1955.

Mrs. Manning attended the Vermilion Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and working with flowers and playing the piano.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Beatrice M. Hall of Vermilion, and Vera B. Martin of Clearwater, FL, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband Levi M. Manning in 1945; parents, James and Mary (nee Harrington) Haddock; brothers, Herman, Jessie, Leon, Elijah, Robert, and Johnny Haddock; and, sisters, Cora Lee Jones, Daisy Oakley and Olive Vera Mills.

Services were held at the Riddle Funeral Home on Saturday July 12, 2003 at 10:30 am with Reverend John Nevius Officiating. Interment followed in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vermilion, Ohio.
