Helen was the 1st. wife of Edward Baes. Edward died Oct. 1977 at age 84. He is buried in cemetery on the grounds of The Masonic Home, Utica, New York.

BAES - The funeral of Mrs. Helen Baes, wife of Edward Baes, was held this Monday morning Jan. 5th, at 8:30 at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Patrick O'Hair, 324 North Transit street, and 9 o'clock at St. Patrick's church.
Rev. Monsignor Cannon officiating.
The bearers were James Conlin, Frank Mooney, Andrew O'Brian, Daniel Johnson, Thomas Higgins and Francis Ennis.
The interment was in St. Patrick's cemetery.
