Mrs. Thos. Fryer of Route Two Succumbs
Mrs. Texana Fryer, 72, of Route 2, Ashland, died yesterday at 9:50pm at her home after an illness of two weeks. A life-long resident of Boyd County, Mrs. Fryer was the daughter of Henry & Georgia Anna Hart, natives of Kentucky. Surviving are her husband, Thomas Fryer; one son, Ernest, at home; one sister, Mrs. Julia Burgess, Flatwoods, and four brothers, Wurt, David, and William Hart, all of Route 2, and John Hart of Arizona. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2pm at the Martha church, Rte 2, with the Rev. Ned Galion in charge. Burial will be in the Hart Cemetery. The body will be removed from the Lazear Funeral Home to the residence at 4:30pm today.

FRYER: Funeral services for Mrs. Texana Fryer, 72, of Route 2, Ashland, were conoducted today at 2pm at the Martha Church, Rte 2, with the Rev. Ned Galion in charge. Burial was in the Hart Cemetery. Mrs. Fryer died Wednesday night at her home after an illness of two weeks. Surviving are her husband, Thomas Fryer; one son, Ernest, at home; one sister, Mrs. Julia Burgess, Flatwoods and four brothers, Wurt, David & William Hart, all of Route 2 and John Hart of Arizona.
