Miss Flahive, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Flahive of Illiana Heights, was killed instantly as the result of a skull fracture.
Surviving Miss Flahive are her parents, sisters, Mrs. Emily Goncher, Chicago Heights; Margaret Lee and Shirley Sue, both at home; brothers, Benjamin, Charles David, John Albert, Burton Keith and Dale Edward, all at home, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ralls, Thorntown, Ind., and one nephew.
Martha Ann Flahive was born Feb. 4, 1939, at Crawfordsville, Ind. She was educated at Brookwood school in Glenwood and attended Bloom high school.
The family has resided at Illiana Heights since last fall when they moved from the Manteno area.
