Mrs. Maxwell was born July 29, 1917 in Livingston, Texas, to parents, Andrew Wiley Peebles and Addelle (Green) Peebles, and passed away December 26, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Rollin Maxwell; son, James Michael Maxwell; and brother, Allen Peebles.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Maxwell Looney and husband, Gary of San Antonio, Texas; grandson, Cliff Maxwell and wife, Melissa of Houston, Texas; granddaughter, Marilyn Maxwell of Houston, Texas; granddaughter, Shannon Looney Robertson and husband, Andrew of Austin, Texas; grandson, Sean Looney and wife, Britt of Fort Worth, Texas; great grandchildren, Christopher Maxwell, Caitlin Robertson, Brianna Robertson, Rhylan Looney, Lucas Maxwell, and Nicolas Maxwell; sisters, Nell Peebles Wilkerson of Livingston, Texas, Ruth Peebles of Livingston, Texas, Ann Peebles Cunningham and husband, Harold of Waco, Texas; and sister-in-law, Betty Peebles of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
