Dr. Bellows attended Knox College 1876-81 receiving his B.A. with the Class of 1882; received his M.A. in 1885 from Amherst and his M.D. (ophthalmology) from Columbia 1885. Dr. Bellows was a Captain in the Army Medical Corps, inducted September 8, 1917; resided at 3239 Euclid Ave, Kansas City MO and later retired to a home in Laguna Beach CA.
