Lombard passed away on Thursday at Cox Monett Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Pauline Swofford & Richard Banks. She was united in marriage on 27 Nov 1965 to Gerald Lombard.
She was of Baptist Faith & a member of the Monett VFW Women's Auxiliary.
Shirley is survived by husband, son David w/wife, Kim; siblings: Onis Banks, Tamie Anderson, & Fern Wormington; 3 grandkids & 3 great-grandkids.
She was preceded by both parents; grandparents Bill & Minnie Banks, Onis & Lola Swofford; anplus son, Brian Lombard.
