Her funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Burney officiating. Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00 PM Wednesday, January 27, 2021 prior to the service at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Anna S. "Polly" Perry Taylor was born March 15, 1930 in Buchanan, Tennessee to the late John William Perry and the late Leora Ethel Sykes Perry. On May 3, 1947 she married William Wallace "Bill" Taylor and he preceded her in death on June 10, 2009.
Ms. Taylor is survived by a son Ronald (Norma) Taylor of Elgin, IL; six grandchildren: John (Kimberly) Taylor, Lisa Reinwald, Kelly (Dave) Brazao, Shawn (Christina) Taylor, Carrie (Keith) Jones, and Melanie Forsyth; eleven great grandchildren: Ernie Reinwald, Meghan Reinwald, Noah Taylor, Braden Taylor, Jacob Taylor, Hailey Brazao, Briella Brazao, Allison Scrivani, Joey Scrivani, Gracie Forsyth and Gavin Forsyth; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides her parents and husband, Anna was also preceded in death by a son, William F. "Frank" Taylor on February 21, 2013; a daughter-in-law, Connie Taylor on December 24, 2017; two sisters: Lavina Lewis Harvey and Gwen Newman; four brothers: Wade Perry, Lawson Perry, Wilton Perry and Wilbur Perry.
