Graveside services for Janie Eaton Alexander, 83, of Murfreesboro, who died Saturday, April 14, at Northside Healthcare Center, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery. Vernon Eaton will officiate.
She was the daughter of the late Edd and Clera Pearson Eaton and the widow of James Henry Alexander.
She is survived by brother Robert P. Eaton of Rossville, Ga.; and sisters Sue Cottar of Murfreesboro, Katurah McClarney of Palatka, Fla.
A native of Rutherford County, she was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and a retired bookkeeper for Dr. David Dodd.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
