Ray Wilbert Musgrove, son of Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Musgrove, was born September 23, 1912, at New Sharon, Iowa, and died January 5, 1922, at six o'clock at his home 4 miles south east of Keota, aged 9 years, 4 months and 13 days. He was taken sick on December 26th. Gradually he grew worse in spite of all that could be done by loving hands, until his death, of pneumonia. He is preceded in death by one brother, Emmitt, who died two years ago last September. He leaves to mourn his loss his father, mother, four sisters and three brothers, and the aged grandmother, besides a host of friends with whom Ray was almost a favorite.
Funeral services in charge of the Rev. I.T. Hawk were held at the home Saturday Jan. 7, at 2;30 p.m.
Interment in the Keota cemetery.
