Pauline Simmons was born in Shelbyville, Texas, August 7, 1928 and was a resident of East Texas her entire life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christopher C. Bell and Jim Hill Bell. Mrs. Simmons had a single sibling, Herman C. Bell, who also preceded her in death.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 47 years, Wesley Lloyd Simmons; three children, Gay Hull, Diane Morrison and Mark Simmons. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Pauline worked as part owner with her parents at the Blue Diner Café in Henderson, Texas. She worked in sales at Brook Mays Music in Tyler, Texas, and as a local real estate agent.
She cooked countless delicious family meals, grew beautiful flower gardens, enjoyed camping, and spending time with family on the delightful lakes of East Texas.
Entombment will be in Lakeview Mausoleum, Longview, Texas.
