She was born in Alum Bridge, W.Va. and had resided in Satsuma for the past 15 years after having moved from Baltimore, Md. She was a member of the Dunns Creek Baptist Church and was known to be an avid Bingo player.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Clyde Myron Moody; sons, Rodney M. Moody of San Mateo and Kenneth L. Moody of Shelby, N.C.; daughter, Meribeth Ann Moody of Baltimore, Md.; brother, Hunter Robert Lamb of Buchanon, W.Va.; sisters, Madeline Marie Moody of Pricetown, W.Va. and Annabelle Vaughn of Percyville, W.Va.; six grandchildren;and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, 11 a.m. from Masters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William "Bill" Wigg of Dunns Creek Baptist Church officiating.
