Bernard L. Rice passed away on October 5, 2010 in Claremont, NH where he had been born on November 7, 1917; the son of Allen C. and Virginia (Wallace) Rice.
He married Lila Mae (Searle) Melcher and she preceded him in death.
He is survived by his stepson Louis Francis Melcher, a sister, Colleen Perrotto of Virginia Beach, VA and a brother Robert R. Rice of Dover, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Johnson and Irene Morro and a half sister Eunice Bristol.
Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
