Leon Belisle, 76, Retired Brakeman
Leon Belisle, 76, retired brakeman with the Boston and Maine Railroad, died late Wednesday afternoon in a local hospital.
He was born in St. Athanas, Canada and came here 10 years ago from Lowell, Mass. He lived at 4426 Tangerine Ave. S. He was a Roman Catholic and was a veteran of the Spanish American War and a member of Camp 19 United Spanish - American War Veterans, Lowell.
Mr. Belisle is survived by a son, Albert Belisle, Pueblo, Colo.: four daughters, Mrs. Laura V. Rochette, this city, Mrs. Lillian Roberge and Mrs. Jeanette Rodrique, both of Lowell and Mrs. Dorothy Daniels, Flushing, N.Y.: 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
