Rev Albert Lloyd Meador was born July 4, 1891 to Obediah Monroe and Mary Matilda (Hoover) Meador in Texas. He married Mary Lavinnie "Vinnie" (Williamson) on July 18, 1909. He was the father of 6 children and a Baptist. He was known as the "Stomping Preacher" because it was stated that no one would go to sleep while he was preaching.
