Julie Ann Parks, 52, of Hutchinson, died April 10, 2014 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson, KS.

She was born on July 12, 1961, in Medicine Lodge, the daughter of Ronald K. Parks and Eleanor Joan (Gallaugher) Parks of Woodward, Okla.

Julie was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Ellinwood.

Surviving in addition to her parents, are two brothers, Kenneth Parks of Elkhart, and Ronald "Stony" Parks of Woodward, Okla. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Brent Allen Parks.

Visitation will be on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge, KS.

Memorials may be made to the Brain Injury Association of Kansas in care of the funeral home.
