Ricky Allen Rhodes, 35, of Westminster, died Sept. 2, 2003, at the Washington, D.C. Hospital Center.Born Sept. 7, 1967, in Westminster, he was the son of the late Larry Eugene Rhodes and Sandra Bauerlien Markline. He was the husband of Della G. Rhodes.He was the owner and operator of R.A.R. Construction Co. He was a member of the American Motorcycle Association, The Happy Ramblers Motorcycle Club, The Westminster Seventh Day Adventist Church and Rode Motorcross. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are son Larry Rhodes of Westminster; daughter Megan Rhodes of Westminster; sister and brother-in-law Kandi and Gary Warehime of Littlestown, Pa.; brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Cindy Blizzard of Westminster; grandparents Beulah Rhodes of Pennsylvania and Gladys Bauerlien and Elmer Rippeon of Westminster; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by grandparents Wilson Rhodes, Gene Bauerlien and Anna Rippeon.
