John died Sunday, July 7th,1991 at Autumn Aegis Nursing Home after a long illness.

He has lived in Lorain,O. since 1922, previously residing in Black Lick,Pa.

He was an employee of U.S.Steel, Lorain Works, as an inspector in the #2 Seamless Mills.

He retired in 1969 after 48 years of service.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years...Anna(Luca)Dzambik..

twin daughter..Mrs. Ralph(Bernadine)Capasso fo Elyria...

twin son..Bernard Dzambik of Santa Clara, California...

10 grandchildren..10 great grandchildren...

2 brothers..Joseph of Orange, California..

George of Scottsdale,Ariz.

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers..Andrew and Steve..and 1 sister..Anna(Dzambik)Hudak.
