Norman resident, Lonnie Wayne Burton, 65, passed away on January 20, 2013 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, January 25, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Park Chapel, 2301 E. Indian Hills in Norman. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
He was born September 17, 1947 at Anadarko, Oklahoma, to Albert Waine "Buster" Burton and Aline Ruth Burton. He attended Norman High School. He lived in Norman until moving to Mississippi in 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Sharon Kay Mann and Shirley Ann Burton.

He is survived by her two sisters, Lanell Layne Wood, and husband Robert Carroll Wood of Dallas, Texas, Evelyn Aline Harper and husband, Joseph Allen Pinto of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; his stepmom, Ollie Burton of Alabama; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Lonnie Wayne Burton held dearest to his heart his constant and steadfast friend -- Dachshund - Fancy.
