Surviving are a daughter, Faye Butcher of Hartford City; four brothers, Homer and David, both of Portland, Max of Bryant and Jack of Valley Mills, Texas; and three sisters, Iva Brotherton and Frances Goss, both of Bryant, and Katherine Wood of Greenwood. Services at 10 a.m. Monday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland. Calling from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday. Burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Bryant. Memorials to American Lung Association.
