Jerry Allen Mobley, 88, of Memphis, passed away on February 16, 2013 at his daughter's home. He retired from South Central Bell after 38 years, was a WWII Navy Veteran serving aboard the USS Tennessee and was a member of Lindenwood Christian Church. Mr. Mobley was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Lucille Mobley and is survived by his children, Judy Vinson, Jerry G. Mobley, Sheila Goetsch, Jan Mobley; seven grandchildren, Ben Davis, Candice Davis, Trevor Goetsch, Tristan Goetsch, Matthew Vinson, Crystal Vinson, Kelly Vinson and his favorite granddoggy, Cody. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 18 and service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 19 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with burial following.
