Melvin Gene Page, Sr., 65, of Austin, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2013. He was born Tuesday, June 17, 1947 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Howard and Nomel Wilson Page.

Mr. Page was a retired North Little Rock Police Officer and a member of southside Church of Christ in Cabot.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Marvin Page.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Gail Page; son, Melvin Gene Page, Jr. (Carrie) of Bentonville; daughter, Kimberly Falgout (Fred) of Sherwood; sisters, Betty Wood, Linda Johnson and Brenda Odom all of Little Rock; brothers, Newell Page of Woodson, James Page of Little Rock and Lloyd Page of Conway; grandchildren, Bradley Ginn, Sara Ginn and Luke Page and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with Mr. Bruce Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Melvin's sisters-in-law, Linda and Marie for their special care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 311 S. Victory, Suite 202, Little Rock, AR 72201 or Odyssey Hospice, 1004 Van Ronkle St., Conway, AR 72032.
