MOUNT UNION - Arlena M. Knee, 90, of Mount Union passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Westminster Woods, Huntingdon.
Born Nov. 11, 1922, at Woodland, she was a daughter of the late A. Roland and Edith M. (Jury) Graham.
Mrs. Knee was formerly employed at L. Greif and Bros. of Mount Union and retired from the Millers Diner of Mill Creek.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Mt. Union.
Mrs. Knee is survived by five children, Carole Yocum and her husband, Jack, Judy Schmidt and her husband, Robert, all of Henderson, Nev., Douglas Knee and his wife, Peggy, of Levittown, Gerald Knee and his wife, Agnes, of Turnersville, N.J., and JoAn Palesano of Norwood; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Pannebaker of Woodland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Knee; five brothers, Harold, Robert, Albert, Harvey and Arnold Graham; a sister, Avanel Graham; and her son-in-law, Gus Palesano.
Funeral services will be held at The Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc., Clearfield, on Saturday, Feb. 2, at noon, with Pastor Clare L. Pannebaker officiating.
Interment will be at the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Saturday, Feb. 2, from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
Arlene requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Building Fund of the First United Methodist Church, 15 West Shriley St., Mount Union, PA 17066.
