Miss Esther Clute, a descendant of old Mohawk Valley settlers and a lifelong resident of Saratoga County, died Saturday night at the Manor Rest Nursing Home, Round Lake, following a long illness. Born in Crescent, Miss Clute had resided in Round Lake more that fifty years. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, Round Lake. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Nettie Fellows of Round Lake, and several nieces. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday from the Fellows' residence with Rev. Leon Cartmell, rector of All Saints Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment will take place in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy.
