Kathleen Fields, 94, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at her home in Sierra Vista, Ariz.
Kathleen was born in Penwortham, England, on April 12, 1918, to Thomas and Elizabeth Faulkner, one of eight children.
Kathleen worked as a telephone operator. In the midst of World War II, in 1944, she met the love of her life, Clyde Fields, and they married in England on August 22, 1945.
Clyde returned to the USA, while Kathleen stayed behind to give birth to their daughter Christine Anne. The two reunited shortly after to begin their life together for the next 63 years.
Clyde's military career took the family all over the world, and Kathleen and the kids followed right along with him.
