AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Johnnie Mae Franklin of East Watkins Street entered into rest Monday, February 11, 2013 at Trinity Hospital. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 18, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Beulah Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Sam Davis officiating. Burial will be at Walker Memorial Park. She was a native of Augusta, GA and a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board. Survivors are her husband, Deacon Solomon Franklin; son, Corbitt Franklin, Sr.; sister, Mattie J. Harvell; brother-in-law, Samuel Franklin, all of Augusta, GA; 3 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
